Centre for nephrology at Noora hospital is dedicated to the understanding of kidney diseases, their development, progression, treatment and prevention. The faculty is at the forefront of research and patient care in the field of kidney diseases. Pursuit of excellence in patient care through the improvement of the understanding of disease processes and development of new strategies in the treatment of individuals with kidney disease is our primary goal.
The department consists of highly skilled and committed Nephrologists and a large team of residents. The paramedical staff including dialysis technicians, nurses and housekeeping staff are well versed with their technical skills and perform equivalent to world’s best centers. It provides a full range of renal services including hospital hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis and care for transplant recipients. The day to day activity includes more than 25 hemodialysis, CAPD’s, SLEDDs, kidney biopsies and temporary /permanent vascular access placements.
