Case of C7 over T1 spondyloptosis done at Noora hospital.
32 yr old male Patient presented to Noora hospital on 20 Jan 2023 with spondyloptosis of C7 - T1 vertebral body due to RTA. Surprisingly Patient didn't have any neurodeficit . Patient was treated by J&Ks renowned neurogeon Prof.Dr Altaf Umar Ramzan and Dr Masood laharwal, Anesthetist Dr Showket, Mr Fida, Mr Jahangir and other Supporting Staff. He was put on Garden wells cervical traction which resulted in partial reduction of the spondyloptosis. T1 corpectomy with C7-T2 medrotnic expandible cage was done. Alhamdulillah Patient was perfectly fine,without any neurodeficit and ambulated on first post operative day.
