Dr. M. Ashraf Bhat is a highly qualified Medical Superintendent, holding an MD in Internal Medicine from Dushanbe, Tajikistan. He completed his internship at Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi, and gained extensive experience as an Intensive Care and Emergency Resident at renowned institutions such as AIIMS and Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital.
